Yet in Georgia people still seem to think this is some sort of vacation. You should see the amount of traffic on a Saturday afternoon in the time lapse I am about to post.

I posted earlier about my neighbors having a party at their house yesterday.

I find it interesting that California had an exception for car repair shops, parts stores and hardware/building supply stores and this doesn’t look like it does.
Washington hasn’t locked down yet but on Friday the governor basically said that if people don’t get their shit together it’s coming.

Lowes and Home depot may qualify as “warehouse” stores. I guess we’ll find out tomorrow.

Yep, I posted earlier about Ohio going to essential business only. Apparently, I’m in that category, so I can continue doing my job, but I’m taking more and more precautions. Taking my temp twice daily, sanitizing my hands after every walk thru of a home, a wiping my car down every day I’m out on the road. It’s making for a weird work schedule, that’s for sure.

That’s pretty much what we are doing ring now. Mrs. Ttyymmnn will be spending some time at work. The folks who work there are going to rotate. We’ll continue to volunteer at the Food Bank until they tell us we can’t. Pretty much anything I need I’ll get from Amazon. Bezos is going to double his fortune off of this deal.

We are too. My wife made a trip to the grocery store this morning and I picked up fuel for the mower yesterday. That’s about it.

I’m fortunate that I can do my job from home. Office drones for the win!

That’s what I been doing. Not sure if Lowes is a warehouse store? I made a trip tonight to get some wood to finish the living room just in case they close, but I doubt that. What if your fridge stops working? You need to get a new one or parts.
I do need to stay home and cut the grass and plant my hedges.

I think the big box home stores are going to be deemed essential. Repairs have to be made and it’s fairly easy to maintain social distancing in construction jobs (with rare exceptions).
I have a supply of plywood in the garage that I can dip into if I need to. I don’t think I’ll need to. I have to keep working, although it will be from home.

At least IMO these are more like guidelines than actual rules.
